About the Project
A passion project three years in the making, Awaiting Tomorrow was written, produced and directed by Ljubica Ognjenović, a communications student at the IE University. Originally envisioned as a theatrical piece, Awaiting Tomorrow became a radio play that can be listened to the same way the characters live it - in total darkness. The project was created as an academic extracurricular, done with the immense support of the IE University’s MediaLab.
How to Listen
There are two ways in which you can listen to “Awaiting Tomorrow”. You may listen to scenes in chronological order, as numbered (e.g. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3…). Alternatively, you may only choose to hear the story of the apartment that piques your interest the most. If that is your preferred method of listening, find your chosen apartment in the table below.
